About Our Services

Where do you provide services?

We bring the notary to you. DeMiLe Notary Services covers Delaware County and nearby areas, including Philadelphia, Chester, and Montgomery Counties. Whether you're at home, at work, in a hospital, or somewhere else entirely, we'll meet you there. Travel fees depend on distance, and you'll receive your quote before we head out.

What are your hours?

Paperwork doesn't always wait for business hours, so we don't either. We're available around the clock, seven days a week. Late-night and holiday appointments may carry an additional charge, but we'll work hard to find a time that fits your schedule.

Can you meet me at a hospital, nursing home, or care facility?

Yes, and we do it often. We serve clients in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and assisted living communities. Please mention the location when booking, since Pennsylvania law requires that each signer be alert and aware of what they're signing at the time of notarization.

What services do you offer?

We notarize powers of attorney, affidavits and sworn statements, acknowledgments for deeds and contracts, estate and trust documents, and loan signings. Not sure if your document qualifies? Text us a photo and we'll let you know.

Booking & Payment

How do I schedule an appointment?

Getting on the calendar is quick. Call or text (484) 540-4009, email michele@demilenotaryservices.com, or use our appointment request form. If you need someone today or it's an emergency, reach out anyway and we'll see what we can do.

What payment methods do you take?

We accept cash, debit and credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle to keep things simple for you.

Are there any additional fees?

Some appointments involve extra costs, such as longer travel distances, evenings, weekends, holidays, rush requests, or appointments that need witnesses. Your full price will always be confirmed ahead of time, with nothing hidden.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We get it, things come up. Please let us know as soon as you can. The notice we need depends on when your appointment was booked, and we'll go over it with you when we confirm your time. If we're already on the road when you cancel, a travel fee may apply.

Getting Ready for Your Appointment

What should I have ready?

Each signer will need a current government-issued photo ID, like a driver's license, state ID, or passport. Have your documents on hand, but hold off on signing until the notary is with you.

Do all signers have to be present?

Yes. Anyone whose signature is being notarized needs to be there in person with their own valid ID.

My document needs witnesses. Can you help?

Certain documents, such as some wills and powers of attorney, call for witnesses in addition to a notary. Let us know when you book, and we'll talk through whether you should bring your own or whether we can help arrange them. If witnesses are needed, there is an additional fee.

What a Notary Can & Can't Do

Can you help me complete my document or explain it to me?

Notaries are not allowed to offer legal advice, select forms, or interpret what a document means. If you have questions about the contents, an attorney or the organization that gave you the document is your best resource. Once everything is filled out, we'll handle the rest.

Didn't see your question?

Call, text, or email anytime. We're happy to help.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: [ADD DATE] · DeMiLe Notary Services

This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit this website. It does not cover the notarization services themselves — those are governed by Pennsylvania notary law and the confidentiality standards that apply to any notary public.

What this website collects

This site has no server or database behind it. It does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers, and it does not store anything you type into it.

The "Request an appointment" form works entirely on your own device: when you press "Send request by email," it opens your own email app with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent to us — or stored anywhere — unless you personally choose to send that email.

Information you send us directly

If you contact us by phone, text, or email — including through the appointment request form — we receive whatever you include (name, phone number, email, and any details about your appointment). We use this only to schedule, confirm, and complete your notarization, and to follow up with you about it.

We do not sell this information or share it with third parties, except where required by law or to the extent necessary to perform the requested service (for example, verifying identity as required for notarization).

Third-party services

This page loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a font from Google's servers may share your device's IP address with Google, subject to Google's own privacy policy. No other third-party service is used on this site.

Documents you bring to an appointment

Any documents or identification you provide in person or by email for a notarization are handled according to Pennsylvania notary law, including the recordkeeping and confidentiality rules that apply to notarial acts. This website plays no part in storing or transmitting those documents.

This page is a general template and not legal advice. Because notary work involves handling identification and sensitive documents, we'd recommend having a Pennsylvania attorney review this policy before relying on it.
